The Independent Mental Health Network has launched a survey asking people in the Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire areas about their experience of calling an NHS telephone line for mental health support.
- Specifically, we are looking to hear people’s feedback about calling either:
- The 24/7 Support & Connect mental health telephone line
AWP’s 24/7 hour response line
Did you feel supported during the call? Tell us your thoughts – people’s responses fill feed into an ongoing project looking at transforming the NHS’ mental health telephone lines to be more supportve for people calling about a mental health need.
