1625 Independent People
1625 work with young people who are homeless, leaving care or at risk of homelessness in the South West.

24/7 Support and Connect
This is an NHS line is staffed by experienced counsellors, who you can talk to and they will listen. They will offer emotional support and can connect you to organisations available in Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG). The helpline is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- For people aged 18 and over living within BNSSG (or registered with a GP within BNSSG) call 0800 012 6549 (textphone users dial 18001 followed by 0800 012 6549).
- If you are 17 or under please call the Children and Young People’s helpline via Avon and Wiltshire Partnership SPA line on 0300 303 1320.

Off the Record (OTR) Bristol
OTR provides mental health information and support to young people aged between 11 and 25 across the Bristol and South Gloucestershire areas. They run drop in hubs in person every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday where you can learn more about self-care and mental health – click here to learn more about OTR hubs.
