A new resource to help parents find the support they need for their mental health and wellbeing, during pregnancy and after birth, during COVID-19 and beyond, is available. It has been produced by Bluebell Care and Rockabye.

Bluebell Care
Bluebell Care support families and parents with their mental health during the period following birth. They offer a buddy service and support groups, some of which are running in person and some are online.
Please note that referrals to the buddy service have been paused for the next four weeks due to high demand.
