Off the Record (OTR) Bristol

OTR provides mental health information and support mental health to young people aged between 11 and 25 across the Bristol and South Gloucestershire areas. All previously scheduled group sessions and signups for sessions taking place ‘in person’ are paused until further notice. OTR is shifting many of its sessions online, which includes group work such as its regular Hubs and Resilience Lab sessions. Additionally, existing 1:1 appointments will be honoured and will take place online (via platforms such as Skype, Google Hangouts or Zoom), with the agreement of the young person. Click here for OTR’s weekly schedule. Keep an eye on social media platforms (via the handle @otrbristol) for publicly accessible resources and information.
