A new resource to help parents find the support they need for their mental health and wellbeing, during pregnancy and after birth, during COVID-19 and beyond, has just launched. It has been produced by Bluebell Care and Rockabye.

Dads in Mind

Dads in Mind is part of Bluebell Care. The team will be in touch with anyone who has sessions booked in. To request support, email info@bluebellcare.org. Mothers for Mothers

Mothers for Mothers is a group of mothers, most of whom have suffered depression or distress after the birth of one or more babies. They offer support information and a listening ear for any worries or concerns you may have. Their helpline is open as normal, from Mondays to Fridays between 10am and 9pm. The number is 0117 935 9366. They also offer virtual peer-support. Click here for more information.
