Impact and evaluation of the 24/7 Support & Connect telephone line [13]

This role is open to all living in either of the Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire areas. 

24/7 Support & Connect is the name of a helpline staffed by experienced counsellors, who you can talk to and they will listen. They offer emotional support and can connect you to organisations that can provide ongoing support. This helpline launched during July 2020.

The service is being provided by Vita Health Group, in partnership with AWP. A project is starting to evaluate the impact and evaluation of the helpline.

We are looking for two lived experience representatives to be part of this work, ideally individuals with experience of being a part of projects monitoring and evaluating mental health services.

The time commitment will be up to a day of work per month (where one day = 7.5 hours, and a day of work is paid £90). The first meeting will take place on Tuesday 13 October between 11:00 – 12:00, with future meeting frequency to be confirmed.
