This Mental Health Awareness Week is themed around Anxiety. We know that anxiety can be difficult to deal with – but the good news is there are often things we can do to make things a bit easier on ourselves. Check back throughout the week for more content around anxiety and what IMHN is doing this Mental Health Awareness Week!
The most important thing to remember is that you are not alone. There are many organisations you can contact for support.

Anxiety UK operate a telephone helpline, open Mondays to Fridays between 9.30am and 5.30pm (excluding bank holidays) on 03444 775774. They also operate an email support service during these hours at , or you can text them on 07537 416 905.

Trained volunteers are on-hand to provide support to people in crisis via text, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Text ‘TeamKPG’ to 85258. They provide urgent support.
